If you need an Assistance with your application which is out of scope of our services, we can help you with it. Our staff member will try to help you resolve your issue. You may book this service if you need any of following/other services that are not normally included in the scope of services: - Assistance with airline tickets (booking, payment, arrangement, etc.); - Assistance with accommodation (please note that it may require more than 20 minutes and you may be charged accordingly); - Assistance with accepting offers; - Assistance with university enrolment; - Assistance with document collection; - Assistance with completing refund forms; - Assistance with refund process; - Other relevant assistance.
